1. What is imperialism and what is its connection to colonization?
Imperialism is an aggressive empire building, and one of the main reason behind
his exploration was the idea of expanding their empire.

2. List every factor you can think of that pushed Europeans out of Europe beginning
the Age of Exploration.
Running out of food
Running out of land
Running out of resources
Found new land called America
Trying to expand its own empire

3. The Europeans discovered an inhabited continent, why did they believe they had
the right to claim that land? In your opinion, did they have that right? Explain
your thinking.
They believed they can spread their religion.
They think they are more superior than others by having a written language and
better history.
They dont care about others than expanding its own history.
4. French influence in Canada ended at the conclusion of the Seven Years War.
What lasting impact has that war had on the development of Canada?
Canada became a British land.

5. If we were to put the Europeans on trial for their actions during the European
Age of Exploration, what would the result of that trial be? Explain your thinking.
They should be deadly punished because of what they have done to other
people. Al mean leaders should be put on a cross and burn to death.
