The frame I chose to use is 28 inches. It's from the middle of my stomach to 4 inches
above my head. I chose this frame because I wanted the top of the balloon to show and I also
wanted the picture to show me holding the balloon. In my pinhole picture, I am holding a yellow
balloon with a smiley face on it and its in front of me. The balloon with a smiley face is in front of
me represents a mask I wear everyday. When Im not happy or Im not having a good day, Im still
always smiling. No matter how sad or mad Im feeling, I don't let others see how Im really
feeling so I smile and hide those feelings behind a mask, my mask happiness. Since my face was
being covered, I didn't show a expression. The balloons face did have an expression and it was a
big smile. I was standing straight and holding the balloon in front of my face, nothing special.
Angles AB and DE are both parallel lines, we know this because that is given. ABC and EDC
both have the same scale and because of the AA postulates. Angles ABC and ECD are vertical
angles that are equal to each other and is given. When I was trying to find out how far the camera
should be from my face, what I did was I measured from my stomach to above my head which
was 28 inches and then made an proportion: 28= d
24=10
When that proportion was made, I crossed multiplied and then I got a equation: 24d=280 and
solved for d: 24d=280 ---> 24d=280---> d=11.6666667 ----> d=11.66
24 =24
So then I knew that I needed to be 11.66 inches away from my pinhole.
