DESCRIPTION OF INCIDENT

On Sunday, March 15, 2015, at approximately 4:53 am, Mr. David Troy Simmons was shot to
death in the 2300 block of Hartford Street, SE. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks
the publics assistance in gathering information regarding this homicide.
