The Campaign

The campaign is set in the year 2077. The progress level is 6

(cybernetics 7). It starts in Houston, Texas, but will encompass the
globe. Androids are commonplace, and some have become
sentient, though it is unknown how this happens. Isaac Asimovs
Three Laws of Robotics are used, though the sentient androids
often do not follow them. Early in the campaign, violent outbreaks
of androids start to occur, but these are believed to be glitches. At
around level 5, mass outbreaks occur, and the PCs begin to find
out why. The PCs have known each other since before the
beginning of the campaign, and they work for the Houston PD.
When the mass outbreaks begin, they are contacted by a special
group tasked with containing the virus.
