DESCRIPTION OF INCIDENT

On August 12, 2002 at approximately 3:20 am, Deon Ukea Davis and Wilbur Stephanie Thomas
were brutally murdered in the 4900 block of C Street, SE. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the publics assistance in gathering information regarding this incident.
