    :Anyplayerwhoisnotregisteredisnotcoveredforaccident
    insurance.CoachesandClub/Leagueadministratorswill

    haveliabilityinsurancecoverage
    intheeventsomethingshouldhappentoanunregisteredplayer.

    n)Where
    aperson
    otherthantheAssociationisauthorizedtoreceiveanyregistrationsor
    transfers,
    thedatesuchregistrationsortransfersaresubmitted
    ormailed(thepostmark
    willbetheaccepteddateofmailing)totheauthorizedperson
    shallberecognizedasthedate
    coveringsuchregistrations
    ortransfers.Insuchcases,theDistrictorLeagueshallforward
    theregistrationsortransferstotheAssociationinaccordancewiththetimelimitsasset

    o)Proofofregistrationrestswithteamofficialsandproofofage,whererequired,restswiththe
    player.

    p)Allplayersmustberegisteredseven(7)daysbeforetakingpartinanycupcompetition.

    q)Allplayersmustberegistered
    one(1)dayprior
    totakingpartinanyleaguematch.

    u)AyouthageplayershallberecognizedasaregisteredplayeroftheAssociationoncethe
    Association'sRegistraror
    designate
    validatestheyouth'sapplicationformembership,providing
    theapplicanthasmetalleligibilityrequirements.

    v)Theyouthageplayershallberequired
    whenfirstapplyingformembership
    asaregistered
    player,
    toprovideproofofage
    ,suchasabirthcertificate,baptismalcertificate,citizenship
    papers,passportorotherevidenceacceptabletotheAssociation.DocumentedproofofageBC
    mayalsobenecessaryfromtimetotime.Affidavitsmayonlybeconsideredwithmultiplepieces
    ofcorroboratingdocumentationacceptabletotheAssociation.
