Dear Vyra,
For the SCTP link Fault or congestion, 99% is transmission part problem.
There are 2 way to prove it is transmission problem, please read the guideline first
1: check the history alarm occur times/hour, do the ping test in the same times,
2: Active IPPM function, then we can collect IP transmission quality from the OSS statistic
(please just active for the problem site only, and deactivate after trouble shooting complete)
To Pak Socaiwei ,
Need you help together with us to trouble shoot the IP transmission tomorrow,
After we familiar with the work flow/method, we check this issue directly .
