GREAT ELDARIA hath represented unto US that being desirous of establishing Diplomatic
Relations with OUR GOVERNMENT IN FORLINI, they therefore requested the favour of
Our warrant to establish a diplomatic mission within Our City of Mianna and to grant such premise
the assurance of protection against any unauthorized and forceful entry as may be proper under
international law.

KNOW YE THEREFORE THAT WE BEATRICE, THE EMPRESS OF FORLINI, in

pursuance of the said request , have graciously approved and by these presents grant unto the said
Government of the Kingdom of Great Eldaria the right to maintain a Chancery in Our City of Mianna.
