DESCRIPTION
Lubrix 4065 is a water based emulsion containing lubricants and polymers capable to
guarantee exceptionally high release properties. Castings produced with Lubrix 4065 have
smoothandbrilliantsurfacefinish.AppliedinAluminiumpressurediecastingfoundries.

DILUTIONRATIOS
Lubrix 4065 should be diluted with water. Typical dilution is 1 part of product into 80120
partsofwater(involume).Theperfectdilutionrateshouldbedeterminedbyexperience.A
toorichmixture(lowdilutionrate)couldhavelowerreleasingpropertiesthanonedilutedto
maximum. Important to consider, the parameters of die temperatures, casting's geometry
andthickness,machinescyclesandcoolingsystem.

METHODOFUSE
Theexactquantityofproductshouldbeaddedintoanexactquantityofpotablewater.Pour
theproduct into water, stir thecontentand start using the emulsion. Do not leave diluted
productstandingformorethan24hours.
