Patrick Rhatigan Is Associated

Patrick Rhatigan is a passionate 19th Airlift Wing


Commander at Little Rock Air Force Base in
Arkansas. Previously, he has served the 379th
Expeditionary Operations Group, Office of the
Secretary of Defense, as well as the 93rd Air
Refueling Squadron. Some of his key skills
include Aviation, DoD, Security Clearance, Military
Operations, Command, Operational Planning,
Government Contracting, Information Assurance,
and more.

As a Command Pilot, he has flown B-1, C-12, C17, C-21, C-130J, C-141, and KC-135, and holds
the experience of more than 5,000 flight hours.
During his professional journey, he received a
multitude of awards and decorations. Some of
these include an Armed Forces Service Medal,
Global War on Terrorism Service Medal,
Afghanistan Campaign Medal with 1 Service Star,
Expeditionary Medal with 1 Service Star, Kosovo
Campaign Medal, and Aerial Achievement Medal.

Col. Rhatigan joined the Headquarters Air Force,

Chief of the Mobility Programs Integration Branch
in the year 2004. He incorporated 7 Major
Commands' inputs into connected mobility and
special operations forces portfolio, worth $110B
throughout the 5 Years Defense Plan for the
Global Mobility enterprise.

Patrick Rhatigan developed as well as


suggested Air Force positions on force structure,
flying hours, and fiscal programming for senior AF
leaders generating the President's Budget and
Program Objective Memorandum.
