Aims
This training programme will provide hands on practical training on high-throughput omics technology
and data analysis, interpretation through computational tools and also will be a starting point for
entering in this advanced area of In Silico Biology.
Objectives
To Acquaint the students/ faculty members and scientists about the importance of omics sciences
and technologies in relation to agricultural productivity.
productivity
To design Hi-throughput experimentation work-flow
work
for understanding the molecular basis of
agricultural traits linked with agricultural productivity.
productivity
To Make the sense of big data, data analysis, interpretation and its application in crop improvement
programme.
To annotate high-throughput omics data for structural and functional characterization for
understanding the complexity of system/traits.
To Visualize and study the interaction of biological network and cascade for elucidating their role in
defining problem related to agricultural productivity.
