1. EMERGENCY MONITORING :

CHECKING OF EMERGENCY INDENT FROM OUTLETS AND


COMMUNICATE ABOUT STOCK AVAILABILITY.

ENQUIRY THE EMERGENCY STOCK ORDER ( COSTLY ITEM, VACCINE


OR NON MOVING PRODUCTS)

NOT AVAILABILITY STOCK LIST WILL SEND TO PURCHASE


DEPARTMENT.

TAKE THE FEEDBACK FROM OUTLETS REGARDING EMERGENCY


INDENT STOCK.

DESPATCH OF BULK ORDER AS PER OUTLET REQUIREMENTS.

ENQUIRY ABOUT SALES STATUS.

If Emergency Indent Stock was not sold by the outlets, the same stock will
return to the warehouse.
(or)
If there is any requirements from other outlets, the stock will transfer from
replenished outlets.

2. SALE ORDER / MEDPLUS MART ORDER :

DOWNLOADING THE SALE ORDER LIST.

SAGRIGATE THE SALE ORDER AND SEND FOR PICKING.

PICKED STOCK WILL HANDOVER TO CHECKING PERSON WITH


TRANSFER ORDERS (TOIDs).

PACKED COVERS WILL BE DESPATCHED BY TVS DRIVERS WITH IN 4


HOURS AND DO FURTHER FOLLOW UP.

TAKE THE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FROM TVS DRIVER AND OUTLET


EMPLOYEE.
TAKE THE FEEDBACK FROM OUTLETS REGARDING SALE ORDER AND
CANCELLED ORDER STOCK WILL RETURN TO THE WAREHOUSE.
ENQUIRY ABOUT SALE ORDER STATUS.

If the Sale Order Stock was cancelled by the customer, the same stock will return to
the warehouse.
(Or)

If there is any requirements from other outlets, the stock will transfer from
replenished outlets.
3. VDC (SLOW MOVING PRODUCTS) :

THE VDC REPORT WILL RECEIVED FROM THE MANAGEMENT.


COMMUNICATE TO OUTLET MANAGERS / SUPERVISORS AND
FOLLOW UP WITH OUTLETS FOR TRANSFER THE SLOW MOVING
PRODUCTS TO FAST MOVING OUTLETS.
VDC STOCK WILL COLLECTED BY TVS DRIVES WITH
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT.
RECEIVED STOCK WILL SEND TO TRANSFERED OUTLETS BY THE
SAME TVS DRIVER.
FINALLY CHECKING THE VDC STOCK REPLENISHED OR NOT.

4. SALES SUPPORT :

GIVING SUPPORT TO IMPROVEMENT OF SALES WHICH ARE DEGROWTH OUTLETS ASSIGNED BY THE MANAGEMENT.

I. Enquire the Outlet status of sales, products, bounce, customer walk-ins and
support from warehouse.
II. Motivate the outlet employees for increase the sales.
