We will use the journals and learning logs in teaching our future
students. Through these meaningful assessment tools we can
measure the learning outcomes of our students and if they really
understand the lessons that we discuss. In addition it can also
promote the self reflective among the students, on how they can
apply and manipulate their decision making in real life situations. I
usually use journals & learning logs in my teaching.

Assessment
Our learning insights on this particular module will be a great help for
us and our students as well. We learned that creating the assessment
timeline based on the pre-set standards and anchored with the 21 st
century learning skills was very helpful for us. We are confident
enough to share this knowledge to our colleagues and to our students
as well. We are very optimistic that this will be utilized properly in the
teaching-learning process for better learning outcome .

Describe what you will have your students do with the assessment data they collect
and organize.
The assessment data that students collect may be useful for them to
achieve better learning. They can analyze the assessment data all
throughout the completion of the unit to keep track and draw
conclusions on their progress. During the teacher-student conferences,
they may be able to share their progress and write their goals for the
next units to be accomplished.
2. Determine how you will use the assessment data to:
Modify instruction
Determine proficiency
Plan future units, and so on
Plan how you will use student assessment data that you organize and track.
What strategies will you use to assign grades to student work and processes?
The strategy that I will use in getting the final grades of my students
are based on the class standing they already earned and the written
examination they have. The rubrics prepared will also be used. For
their final grade I will get percentage from their own assessment, peer
assessment and my assessment based on the rubric.
