Junk food
Junk foods are foods that has high calories but has low nutrition value such as proteins and
vitamins.
Some examples of junk foods are burgers, potato chips, sweets, etc.
Healthy food
Healthy foods are the kind of foods that provides us the correct amount
of nutrients such as proteins , carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals.
Some examples of healthy food are fish, meat, fruits, and vegetables.
A healthy diet reduces the risk from getting diseases such as diabetes,
heart disease, stroke, and various cancers. Performing a healthy diet will
also makes it unlikely for you to become obese.
By eating healthy foods, not only you will avoid chronic diseases, you
will also gain many vitamins, proteins and minerals from the healthy
food that youve consumed. Those things then will bring positive
influences to your body
Firstly, it can cause type 2 of diabetes. Second, it will causes fatigue and
weakness, affects brain function, and negatively affects your organs.
Also it causes your body to have poor performance and will cause
obesity
