    Meeting scheduled to be held on the same day as the Concours on
    the Avenue

    RECOMMENDATION(S): Cancel the August 11, 2015 Town Hall Meeting

    SUMMARY: The August 11, 2015 Town Hall Meeting is scheduled to be held on the
    same day as the Concours on the Avenue (COTA). The City traditionally experiences a
    high volume of visitors for COTA and based on the impacts this has had on day-to-day
    activities in the past, is anticipated that meeting turn out would be quite low. The next
    Town Hall Meeting is scheduled for November 10, 2015.
