Circular

All the applicants are hereby requested to fill the applications for the renewals
of COP RTR(A) licences on-line on website www.wpc.dot.gov.in with immediate effect.
They are also requested to submit the hardcopy of the above said application along with
following documents within 15 days of filling application on-line.
1. Computer generated acknowledgement slip of the application filed.
2. Duly attested photocopy of original licence by Gazetted Officer.
3. Duly attested photocopy of latest renewal slip by Gazetted Officer.
4. (i) Essential experience certificate from the employer in the prescribed proforma/
attested photocopy of the personal flying log book for 30 hrs of flying during
last three years prior to the expiry of the RTR(A) licence / last renewal. (For
pilots)
Or
(ii) Essential experience certificate from the employer in the prescribed proforma
for operation of radio telephony equipments for more than Three Months time
during the last three years period prior to the expiry of RTR(A) licence / last
renewal. (for Flight Dispatch Radio Operator/Aircraft Maintenance
Engineers)
5. Demand Draft of Rs 50/- drawn form SBI only in favour of Pay and Accounts
Officer (HQ), Department of Telecommunications or PAO (HQ), DOT
payable at Service Branch New Delhi (code 7687). Multilated or defaced bank
drafts will not be accepted.
