Prof. Dr. Jürgen Deller is a professor at the Institute for Strategic HR

Management Research and Development (SMARD) at Leuphana University of
Lueneburg, Germany and Lucas Global Visiting Scholar, Lucas Graduate
School of Business, San Jose State University.

Prof. Dr. Deller’s research focuses on characteristics of the rapidly aging

workforce and characteristics of paid and unpaid active retirees in Germany
(Silver Workers).
