Your BBA681 Study paper & Viva Voce Examination will be held in May 2014. Exact dates and timings
will be notified later.
You have to be ready with a CD containing your report and presentation. Please time your presentation to
10-12 minutes maximum.
Prof Anis Chattopadhyay, HOD, HM Department, Techno India, (Phone: 9831474211) has kindly
consented to act as an internal guide. You can get your reports and presentations checked by him at his
convenience.
Please go through the following instructions carefully:
The study paper and Viva voce is a compulsory WBUT Paper of 100 Marks. 50 Marks rest on your
presentation and 50 Marks on the Viva. Since the Viva is a comprehensive viva at the end of your course
completion, technically, Viva questions can cover any topic or subject that you have studied in BBA(H)
course since first year through your final semester. However, more emphasis may be given to questions
on and related to your presentation along with questions on the relevant specialisation you have chosen
as your presentation topic.
You have to come for the presentation in College Uniform or Formals. Being absent on the Exam Date will
amount to be marked absent and therefore it will amount to repeating the final year.
You are required to form groups (Min:4 persons and Max:6 persons per group).
You are required to carry out a study relevant to Management Studies
in the field of Marketing, Finance or HRM or a combination. The study
could be an interesting topic in the above mentioned areas as well as
its application in the industry. The project could be purely study
based or survey based as well.
On the day of your presentation, you are required to submit a CD
containing the following files:
1. A comprehensive report of your study (Don't take a print out)
(Title Page, Acknowledgements, Contents, Executive Summary, Objective of Study, Relevant Theory,
Application, Analysis (if any), Conclusion, Bibliography/Netography, Appendix(if any))
2. A slide presentation that you will use for your presentation.
Please time your presentation to 10-12 minutes maximum.

Please write the topic of your study and your names and roll numbers
on top of the CD.
