company, building on
momentum from our

ofCarbonite's (NasdaqG
M:CARB) acquisition
of MailStore in
December 2014.

Progress Partners is

addition of two new team
members to the Boston
office: Rick Gallagher and
Jay Jamijian. As CFO,
Rick brings more than 25
years of senior
management experience
as a CPA, CFO, and COO
of start-ups, Fortune
500, publicly traded,
private equity, and high

growth venture capital


backed companies with
an industry emphasis on
media and marketing.
Rick has completed over
a billion dollars' worth of
acquisitions, from
sourcing to integration.
He has co-founded 3
start-ups; raised over
$35 million for them; and
taken them all to liquidity
events, including one
IPO. Rick has a BBA in
accounting from the
Isenberg School of
Management at the
University of
Massachusetts Amherst.
Jay is uniquely qualified
for his role as Associate
at Progress Partners. In
the course of his career
he has led the successful
exit of a start-up as
President of College
Bellhop, interned in
investment banking with
Canaccord Genuity, and
worked as a Senior
Associate at boutique
investment bank
Stonebridge Associates.
Jay is a CFA Level I
candidate and received
his MBA with honors
distinction from the Olin
School of Business at
Babson College.
