Responsible for all Sales & Marketing for an FCC licensed telecommunications provider in
the US whose services include VoIP telephony, video conferencing, encrypted chat, and
through strategic partnerships I recently added to provide differentiation vis-à-vis their
competitors - fiber, internet, cybersecurity, DAS, wireless 5 Gigabyte back-up, and Internet
TV. Thus far, I’ve created a pipeline of 20K prospective Channel Partners, and 6K direct
major clients (includes 500 SMBs). Not only did I diversify the company’s product portfolio
to differentiate itself in a ubiquitous industry, but also to have access to other sales
channels such as condo & community associations, hospitality, call centers, large venues
(airports, major shopping centers, big retailers), military bases, events, city government and
many more. Continuously adding Channel partners and direct clients to Vinix, and so far in
15 months, 58 CP’s) in 48 states have been added as well as some major national chains

As a consultant, I was responsible for new business development for these high-tech SaaS
companies. Both companies targeted start-ups as well as companies going through

Responsible for sales, marketing, and retention for one of the nation's leading cloud-based
business telephone system and internet provider. Sales responsibilities include setting KPIs
for appointment setting, cold & warm calls, customer visits, demos, and customer
acquisitions; supervise, motivate, and direct the sales team as well as the channel partners;
and ensure that revenue goals are met or exceeded. Marketing responsibilities include lead
generation through B2B email campaigns, SEO, paid search, Facebook ads, CPA
techniques, and purchased business databases; modify the website and mobile site for
better navigation and conversions; and continuously create new offers and promotions to
increase sales and differentiate the company's products vis-a vis their competitors. These

ODM/OEM handset manufacturers. Have increased sales by 20% during my short tenure

Also, I was responsible for creating content with links to advertisers as an additional
revenue.

TracFone Wireless, Inc.


8/2012-4/2015 Director, Mobile Advertising
Responsible for the user-experience and mobile monetization of the portal for all 26 million
TracFone Wireless handsets. This included content (e.g., entertainment, news, sports,
trending topics, technology blogs relevant to our product line), mobile ads (video and
banner), proprietary search, apps, video games, 411, and link (plus cross promotional)
partnerships with the top mobile sites such as ESPN, CNN, Match.com, etc.; all resulting in
a $24 million-dollar enterprise. I was responsible for acquiring advertisers to fill our 20
million daily impressions by contracting ad campaigns from major corporations, ad
agencies, DSPs, and ad networks. These features also served to increase acquisition and
retention across all 6 TracFone brands. In addition, I was responsible for the strategic
development and implementation of the retention and consumer loyalty program to reduce
churn.

3/2007-7/2012 Consultant
Consulted with the following companies to introduce new business opportunities in their
respective markets. Consecutive annual consulting engagements are depicted below:
1. 6/2010-7/2012 Owlet, Inc Miami. FL
Responsible for creation of both direct and indirect channels for this start-up
manufacturer of infant monitoring equipment. For the B2B channels, I built a sales
team to sell to retailers (Major chains and baby stores) as well as large pediatric,
obstetrician, and gynecology groups. Direct channel sales consisted of online sales
through the company website (using customer intent data scraping) as well as retail
sites like Amazon, eBay, and Shopify. These endeavors eventually yielded a $40
million per annum revenues.
2. 5/2009–5/2010 Coupster LLC Hollywood, FL
Responsible for creating, developing, and implementing the strategic marketing plan.
Succeeded in contracting over 500 local merchants, 20 franchises, and over 350,000
subscribers.

Responsible for business development and the acquisition of clients. Succeeded in
acquiring over a dozen new clients with billings of over $1 million each in bookings, i.e.,

Responsible for creating and implementing the following initiatives: Conversion from a
10xxx number to direct dial using outbound telemarketing to sell to consumers.

Founded the company to provide Fortune 500 companies advertising and marketing
services (specializing in digital media) in the US and Latin America. This included SEO,
SEM, Google AdWords, content marketing, affiliate marketing, e-Commerce, Facebook
advertising, social media, and mobile marketing (1st agency to offer this service) as well as
public relations and SCR was also one of the first agencies to use Google placement
together with social channels and influencers controlling Reputation Management and
company reviews. Accounts included: MCI, NCR, EDS, Panasonic, Apple, Sony, Yahoo,
Estee Lauder, Avon, Ocean Spray, Burger King, VW, SunTrust Bank, Hilton Hotels,

many more. Sold company to Young & Rubicam. The covenants of the acquisition
agreement prohibited me from being an employee or owner of an ad agency; thus, my entry
into the consulting business primarily serving ad agencies and telecommunication
companies. When sold SCR had over $200 Million in ad spend/annum.

Simple Communications, Inc Miami, FL


3/1993-12/2001 CEO & President
Founded the company to provision wholesale international telephone service to first and
second-tier telecommunication companies such as AT&T, MCI, Sprint, Frontier, IDT,
Starcom and others. I also obtained a license and formed the first CLEC (Florida Telephone)
outside of the Bell companies. Established 80 direct routes to 38 countries accounting for
$43 million in annual sales. Sold company to British Telecom.

Responsible for managing sales and operations for the US subsidiary of Telex Chile. Started
an international wholesale division that resulted in a $24 million increase in revenue during
my tenure.

Responsible for business development and acquisition of Fortune 1000 clients to provide
full-service advertising. Yielded on average $200 million worth of NEW advertising spend

Responsible for business development and long-distance telephony strategy. As one of the
primary architects of the Friends & Family program, increased market share by 20%
resulting in an increase of $550 million in revenue.

Held various positions at RCA including Research Scientist (7 Patents), Manager of New
Product Licensing, and Licensing Contracts Negotiations. I negotiated $240 million in
royalty fees for RCA from my TV digital tuner patent alone. Other designs include
transmitters, Satellite transceivers, multiplexers, video disc, and military encrypted
communication devices.
