Partners for one of the nation’s leading Telephony companies. I have achieved
unprecedented success in convincing dealers to switch their VoIP telephony service
provider as well as creating a new Referral Partner program which more than doubled

As a consultant, I was responsible for new business development for these high-tech SaaS
companies. Both companies targeted start-ups as well as companies going through
transitions and required web & mobile app development as well as software upgrades.
Subsequently, both direct and indirect channels (venture capitalists and ad agencies) were
established to create a continuous funnel of prospective clients.

Responsible for sales, marketing, and retention for one of the nation's leading cloud-based
business telephone system and internet provider. Sales responsibilities include setting KPIs
for appointment setting, cold & warm calls, customer visits, demos, and customer
acquisitions; supervise, motivate, and direct the sales team as well as the channel partners;
and ensure that revenue goals are met or exceeded. Marketing responsibilities include lead
generation through B2B email campaigns, SEO, paid search, Facebook ads, CPA
techniques, and purchased business databases; modify the website and mobile site for
better navigation and conversions; and continuously create new offers and promotions to
increase sales and differentiate the company's products vis-a vis their competitors. These
efforts resulted in a 50% increase in sales.
