To Whom It May Concer:
Jam pleased to write this letter of recommendation for Ms. Deanna Knight. Ms. Knight worked
asa teacher in our world languages department teaching Spanish levels | and 2 and monitoring
the performance of students completing an online French 2 program. Ms. Knight contributed to
the success our students achieved in their world language courses.
Ms. Knight was very effective at teaching the diverse groups of students that participated in her
courses. She was able to challenge our brightest students in preparation for the rigorous course
work they may encounter in their postsecondary education, She also found creative ways to help
students who strugeled with the more difficult concepts, particularly those with Individualized
Education Programs. Because of her efforts, these students were better able to understand and
retain the concepts being presented. In every class, Ms. Knight established routines and
procedures that allowed the classes to function smoothly in an atmosphere of genuine
mutual respect.

During this past year, Ms. Knight made a positive impact on the students and faculty of
Johnsburg High School. Her enthusiasm for helping students achieve a high level of
understanding of the content and mentoring them to become productive citizens was an asset to
our school. Overall, I believe Deanna Knight would be a valuable asset to your district in
whatever capacity her knowledge, skills, and creativity are needed, Please feel free to contact
me at work if you have any questions.
