Ms. Knight worked asa teacher in our world languages department teaching Spanish levels | and 2 and monitoring the performance of students completing an online French 2 program. Ms. Knight contributed to the success our students achieved in their world language courses. Ms. Knight was very effective at teaching the diverse groups of students that participated in her courses. She was able to challenge our brightest students in preparation for the rigorous course work they may encounter in their postsecondary education, She also found creative ways to help students who strugeled with the more difficult concepts, particularly those with Individualized Education Programs. Because of her efforts, these students were better able to understand and retain the concepts being presented. In every class, Ms. Knight established routines and procedures that allowed the classes to function smoothly in an atmosphere of genuine mutual respect. 1g. and During this past year, Ms. Knight made a positive impact on the students and faculty of Johnsburg High School. Her enthusiasm for helping students achieve a high level of understanding of the content and mentoring them to become productive citizens was an asset to our school.
