This list contains 10 journalists, 8 NGO staffers, and 12
bloggers/activists that are currently jailed (30 total). Previously
imprisoned activists are not listed here. Emin Huseynov is under de
facto imprisonment but detained at the Swiss Embassy.
I suggest revising our total to reflect recent imprisonments and
sentencings. NB: this list does not include jailed political opponents.
