Spicy Cabbage in Lime Juice

Ingredients (A)
450g nappa cabbage
Ingredient (B)
1 tsp lime peel. 2 tbsp lime juice, 1tsp each : chillie pepper slices and sugar, I
tbsp. sesame oil
Method
Chop nappa cabbage in pieces. Marinate in 1 tbsp salt for 4 hours until soft.
Squeeze off liquid and place in a container. Mix with Ingredient (B) thoroughly.
Cover and marinate 10 hours or overnight, serve.
