IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY: Your use of this software through installation,
duplication or in other forms shall be deemed as your acceptance of the clauses
of this License Agreement ("Agreement") and your consent to enter into this
Agreement with Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. ("Huawei").

1. Software Product ("Software")
Software in this Agreement includes the computer software and the associated
media such as pictures, photographs, icons, animations, records, videos, music,
words and code in the computer software as well as instructions, guidelines, and
manuals relevant to the computer software.

2. Authorization
If you procure any copy of Software of and from Huawei by authorized means,
then you are entitled to:
----------------------------------2.1 Use Software
You may install Software in the PC, workstation or network server and us

Software within the service scope in order to implement all the functions of
Software.
----------------------------------2.2 Backup Software
You may make a copy of Software as backup for documentation purposes.
But the backup shall not violate the provisions in Clause 1 and 2 in Article
3.
----------------------------------2.3 Contact Technical Support
You are entitled to all-round technical support provided by Huawei.You
may contact Huawei for answers or solutions to any problems encountered
during the installation or the use of Software.
----------------------------------2.4 Use the upgraded version
You may use any and all the upgraded versions of Software as per your
practical needs. But you shall pay for the upgraded version if required by
Huawei.

3. Restrictions

----------------------------------3.1 General Restrictions

Your license of Software is limited to the purpose of realizing the func
tions
of Software. You shall not modify the Software, or conduct reverse engineeri
ng,
decompile, disassemble, and develop a new software based on the Software.
When you need to modify Software for the reason of adaptability or otherwise
,
you shall request Huawei in writing to implement the modification.
----------------------------------3.2 Backup
Unless for the purpose of normal use or documentation, you shall not cop
y
the Software.
----------------------------------3.3 Use
The Software License is confined to your corporation only. You shall not
transfer, sublicense, rent lease or provide the Software to any third party
without the written permission of and from Huawei, whether such provision is
for commercial purpose or not.
----------------------------------3.4 Others
You shall take effective measures to ensure that your staff members or
employees comply with the provisions in Clause 3.1 and 3.2.

4. Intellectual Properties and Confidentiality
The copyright of Software, trademark, patent, know-how and any other proprie
tary
rights of Software are the proprietary information of Huawei. You shall not dele
te,
remove or modify any marks, logos, labels appearing during the installation or t
he
use of Software.
You have the rights to use them within the authorized scope only. You have
obligation to keep any Software-related know-how of Huawei in confidentiality.
Matters unmentioned in this software license agreement will be supplemented
in other agreements or otherwise negotiated between parties hereto.
This Agreement is governed and construed by the relevant laws of People's
Republic of China.
