WHAT is it?

Sweet syrup that is made from boiled down sap from the maple tree.
WHO discovered it?
Maple syrup was originally discovered by the Native Americans. Today, it is mainly
produced in Canada and North America.
HOW is it made?
Sap flows best during a warm day following a freezing night. The sap is collected
and then boiled down. The water evaporates out of the sap, leaving sweet maple
syrup!
