Christian fellowship?
Friends, we are excited about the oppor
tunities that God is giving us this summer to
live, to love and to serve Him. As in previ
ous years, Global Missionary Ministries will
be conducting and assisting local workers
in Poland, Ukraine, Lithuania and Belarus
"In our church in Lutsk from January 2 8 we were conducting special evangelistic
meetings for children. Up to 500 children
were present. One 12-year old girl from the
city orphanage was regularly attending and
faithfully bringing her younger brother.
A few days after the meetings Valya met
this young girl, Irene, in the orphanage and
learned that her brother just died.
"Even when we were coming to the
meetings," Irene told me, "he was not feel

Isaiah
.1^ & ^
It might have been at the moment of "midnight clear" that the angel and a multitude of
the heavenly host appeared praising God and saying: "Glory to God in the highest, and on
earth peace, good will toward men." However, only a few shepherds heard this remarkable
heavenly proclamation. They heard and believed, and they obeyed the message. They
came in haste and found the Babe in a manger.
It must have been the most exciting moment of their lives. It gave them true joy and
peace as they thought about the things that the angels talked about. They could not hold it
any longer to themselves, so they rushed to the town sharing this "good news of great joy"
with all who were in their sphere of hearing.
The response, as we read in the Scripture, was interesting. People just "marveled at
those things which were told them."
Now, two thousand years later, the same song of the angels still can be heard: "Glory to
God in the highest," but do we hear it?
