Role Description

To support the Senior Manager- Finance and ensure smooth functioning of Billing
function of GSTN.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy Design and Implementation

Ensure adherence to the billing / collection timelines

Governance and Compliance

Continuously track and report laws, compliances and governance mechanisms

to be followed by GSTN

Functional Responsibilities

Execution of billing and collections processes

Month-end closing of the billing group information

Smooth Functioning of day-to-day functions of the GSTN Billing department.

Follow up on claims using various systems.

Support to Senior Manager Billing in smooth function of billing section

Others

Ensure timely preparation of MIS and Status Updates for circulation to the
Top Management and other authorities as may be required

Key Attributes & Skills:

Degree in Finance with around 5- 8 years of experience in a Billing role in a large

Government sector organization

Should be in Govt./accounting system at the level if Senior Auditor/Senior Accountant

/SO/JAO/AAO

Good Knowledge of Government Accounting Procedure

Good understanding of billing, collections and payment posting, third party payers.
