Discovery on Defendants Bright Street, L LC, Julia K. Sprauer, James L. Blair, and John W.

Collins, and it appearing that Mark Blanchard is a qualified person over eighteen (18) years of

age and is not a party to this action, it is ORDERED that Jon Campbell, and all authorized agents,

is hereby designated to serve the Summons and Complaint personally on Bright Street, LLC, Julia

K. Sprauer, James L. Blair, and John W. Collins, Defendants, as provided in Rule 4(c)(2), Federal

Rules of Civil Procedure, and to make due return of his service
