RN-BSN STUDENT CHECKLIST

PORTFOLIO ITEMS: Save a copy of this page as a word document at each checkpoint.
Add it to your electronic portfolio under a heading labeled Checklist. During the
designated courses the student should provide a brief title and the date in the appropriate
box when adding/deleting an item from the portfolio. Then send the updated list to their
instructor. Faculty teaching each designated course will add their electronic signature in
their appropriate box and also place their initials and code in the box next to the students
written description. The updated Checklist should replace the old Checklist in the
portfolio.
