Spreadsheet Activities for

Reformation Unit
Activity 1:
Students will create a spreadsheet for the filming of their
video. Students will be using their school Google Docs
accounts to create and share this document within their
group of 3. The spreadsheet is to layout where they are
going to film, and what is going on in the scene. This
documents is a living document, in that it should be edited
throughout the process. Students will be tracked using the
revision history. Students have had previous instruction
using Google Docs, and have their own Google Docs account
through the school.

Activity number 2:
Students will have to create and insert one original chart
from their research into their video using Excel or Google
Docs. They will create the chart and save it as a PDF. They
will then import it into iMovie or iPhoto to then be inserted in
their movie. Students will have to be shown how to save as
a PDF, and shown how to import.
