[head]: Step right up! Its Founders Week, June 21-28

[body]: This week we celebrate the two men who created millions of happy memories at
Silver Beach Amusement Park Logan Drake and Louis Wallace. These two shipbuilders
founded this magical place along Lake Michigan in the late 1800s, which helped put St.
Joseph, Mich. on the map. Once located down the road from the current Silver Beach
Carousel, the park entertained children and adults of all ages from 1891 to 1971 with its
rides, games, boxing matches, bathing suit contests, dances and sandy beach.
This week, were continuing our Founders legacy. Please join us:

All Week: Boardwalk Barkers Win a Snow Leopard Contest.
The Boardwalk Barkers at Silver Beach Amusement Park always tried to get you to win the
prizes in their booths. Our marvelous Boardwalk Barker Bill the fantastic public art duck

same.(I cant figure out what this is referring to) You have two ways to win!

Brass Ring Gift Shop). Enter your filled-out coupon from the book to win one of two
BIG, stuffed animal snow leopards (well give away one to a lucky girl and one to a

leopards. No coupon book needed, just ask for an entry form at the concession stand
(one per rider). Well give away leopards to three girls and three boys! YOU could be
one of them!
