Project #1: Reflection 3
Revising for this draft I found that the best way to do it was to first read the whole
essay again to remind myself of everything and to look at any mistakes that I could be
able to find now since I havent looked at it for sometime. After I did that I look at all the
comments and feedback that my instructor gave me once again and wrote exactly what I
need to change, elaborate on, or simplify in my essay and the parts where I needed to do
those things. I then opened a window with my composition and next to it I placed the
document with all of the feedback of what needed to be revised. This helped me as I
altered the composition because I could cross off and eliminate the things that I had
already done. I could also remind myself of what parts I still needed to make better or
elaborate on. The most important thing that I learned from writing this draft was that it is
important to be organized when revising your drafts. If I hadnt done the revision the way
I did by going through each feedback one by one, I would have forgotten about some or
thought I had done them already, therefore during this draft revision I thought
organization was the key element.
