Poem Four
The presidential candidate, Donald Trump,
Currently has the support of most Republican people.
This befuddles me; I feel like he should be on the bottom of the charts.
I think he should not be a nominee because of what he says.
His politically incorrect statements make me not want to support him.
His most recent outrageous commentregarding war veteran John McCainwas,
Hes not a war hero. Hes a war hero because he was captured.
I like people who werent captured.
I do not understand why people are still supporting him.
Many Republicans continue to support him,
Even after the first inappropriate comment he made
About Mexican people and other immigrants.
In this incident, he said that people from Mexico and other immigrants are "killers and rapists.
He tried to clarify himself in a later interview saying,
I love the Mexican people. I've had a great relationship with Mexico and the Mexican people."
No matter what he says can convince me to support him; what was said was said.
There is nothing he can do to change that.
I hope that others feel the same way and decide not to vote for him.

He does not seem like a good leader.
I try to disregard his wealth and past success.
Just because he can run a business does not mean he can run a country.
