This business plan is entitled Buy The Time. The proponents agreed
to name the business as Servizo Company as it simply to identify the nature of
the proposed business plan. This proposed company will be providing a
personal shopper who will be responsible in buying the clients listed wants
and needs.
Servizo Company is a general partnership in nature. The general
manager Bryan Blair A. Fallarme will be the one to operate it. Considering the
fact that people would always prefer to have the best product that suits to what
they need, which is the primary reason why the proponents pursue the
business plan. The proponents knew that this business would capture every
clients interest since the companys main objective is to provide the clients
desire while the clients are busy in their daily lives.
Servizo Company adopts the simplest form of organization, the line
organization. It refers to a direct straight-line responsibility and control from the
top management to the lower management. In addition, the firm also adopts the
flat structure of organization, which only has two levels of supervision.
The marketing plan contains the marketing strategy of the company and
the company has planned for advertising and marketing for the coming year. It
