This case study examines a situation where a General Manager interfered improperly in administration, causing trouble. There was no formal communication between organizational levels, leading to the main problem. Some reactions if the CEO included developing effective business communication, proper formal communication types, and delegating authority and responsibility properly. The DGM (HR) unilaterally decided not to come to work on time due to an unclear new procedure from the GM. While the boss is not always right, proper clarification and communication could have resolved the issues in this case instead of the DGM making their own decision.

but . It is not always necessary to all the Situation the boss is always right but in some cases boss may go wrong According to my view on this cases Study the General Manager of this company Unnecessarily Interfered with a particular aspect of administration and invited trouble .
The Main Problem which occurred in the case study was due to improper communication as there was no formal communication between the different levels of the organization
Some of my reactions on this case if I was the
CEO could be as follows
1. To develop a effective business communication
which involves one party sending a message that is easily understood by the receiving party. 2. To Develop a proper formal communication among the various types of formal communication which suits the organization.
3. Proper delegation of authority and responsibility.
Difference B/w Boss & Leader
After the powers are delegated at any level of executives it should
be received or used only when the receiving executive as a proper information about the power authority and responsibility.
As we have seen in this case due to improper
communication of delegation of power unnecessarily administration were got interrupted
The DGM (HR)
unilaterally decided not to go time office The DGM (HR) Decision of not going on time to office was NOT right
As Whatever the new procedure which was implemented
by GM if he did not had a clear clarifications about the new procedure he could have directly get it clarification with the GM about the new Procedure
If he was having an issues he could have got
clarified but he has no power of making a decision not to go to time office
THE BOSS IS ALWAYS
RIGHT ? It is not always Necessary to all the situation the boss is always right but in some cases boss may go wrong
As we have seen in this case it directly stayed that boss
is not always right the boss is also a human and can err.
1. 2. 3. 4.
Some may have an ego problems .
Some have pride that the decision are always right . Some boss Misuse the power associated with the job. Some boss thinks that the employees are as smart as they are.
