No, the concept of a teacher's pay being based solely off of a student's score is
not logical. A student's ability to learn is not only dependent on a teacher's
performance. Other external factors such as a student's situation at home,
friends and other external influences play an equally, if not larger role. A student
with even an extremely effective teacher can still perform badly if there are other
external factors at play.

No! Like mentioned before, all students have different intelligences; therefore,
standardized testing does not fit all students. If testing must be given, then there
should be multiple testing options such as: oral testing, different types of
assessments, projects, and the use of creativity. It is unfair that a students
intelligence is based upon the results of standardized tests.
