room to the Hostel Superintendent and will inform departure in writing to the Hostel Warden.
3. I hereby undertake that I will not claim any refund of dues paid in case I vacate the hostel at my own.
4. I hereby undertake that I will deposit mess dues for the semester in lump sum immediately on arriving in the hostel.
5. I hereby undertake that I will avail mess facility regularly.
