    THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the activities stipulated in the Memorandum of
    Agreement (Seedlings Production) Coffee Commodity, 100 hectares, CY 2014 by
    the Peoples organization Aningway-Sacatihan Upland Farmers Association Inc...
    (ASUFAI), represented by its Chairman, Mr. Ernie Tadeo, under the National
    Greening Program has satisfactorily completed the activities under the Amended
    contract as per evaluation conducted by the PENRO Inspection and Acceptance
    Committee (IAC), Olongapo City. The 100% completion of the activities by the
    said Peoples Organization was accepted by the DENR-PENRO in accordance with
    the approved MOA (SEEDLINGS PRODUCTION).
