Diabetes and Back Ache

*Knees may not come all the way down like this
*Practice at your own discretion

* Dont have to lift your head......not mandatory


*Holding in breath , rotating leg 3-4 times clockwise anticlockwise (for
Diabetes)

*Opening up the back


*Massages internal organs and lungs.

Dont hyper extend. Take it slowly

10 rounds forward backwards

Rotating Knee joint , can be done lying down.

10 20 rotations

1-2 minutes

Humming breath

.............Relaxation with So - Hum

NOTE :
*Almost all poses work on both Back and diabetes issue at some level.
*Keep in mind to practice at your own discretion.
*Practice Jala Neti if possible in a little warm environment ( for diabetes and
worrying nature), but focus on draining water out completely as taught.
*Follow up with swimming , water walking , other aqua aerobics kind of exercises
to strengthen your muscles and to lose some belly weight .
