Article I: The Career Planning and Research Club
Section 1: The name of this organization will be the CPR Club.
Article II: Objectives and Activities
Section 1: The objectives of this organization will be:

To participate in CPR Club activities

To help members gain a more in depth awareness on opportunities for
them in the future
To help members plan career options, college choices ext.
To help our community thru many volunteering activities

Article III: Membership

Section 1: Membership will be limited to students in grades 9-12.
Section 2: Membership will include only those students specified in Section 1 who do
not fail two or more classes for the school semester immediately before enrollment in
the club.
Section 3: Members must submit a written parent/legal guardian permission to
participate in the organization and pay the annual fees due before participation in the
first CPR Club event.
Article IV: Officers
Section 1: Officer Positions for this organization will include Presidents (2), Vice
President, secretary, Treasurer, Historian(s), Public Relations Officers(s), Event
Coordinator(s), and Sponsor. They will serve for one year.
Section 2: Each officer will be a member in good standing.
Article V: Election of officers
Section 1: Officers for following year have been determined.
Section 2: A unanimous decision made by President and Vice President will constitute
an election to office.
Article VI: Meetings
Section 1: The club will hold regular meetings once a month at a time determined by
the club with approval of the Sponsor and school administration.
Section 2: officers will meet with the sponsor once a month to plan the upcoming
club meeting.
Article VII: Amendments
Section 1: Amendments to this constitution will be adopted by two-thirds vote of the
members present at the next regular membership meeting held after one at which
the proposed amendment was published either by being read or its distribution i n

writing.
