Sub: Information asked by Shri Vidya Sagar under RTI Act.
Please refer to your office Endst. No. 5988 dated 29-11-2011 vide
which this office has been asked to supply the following information
required by Shri Vidya Sagar under RTI Act.
1. Certified & inspection copies (twenty only) of orders
of Estate Officer-cum-Chief Engineer dated 3-91968.

Sanctioning an amount of Rs. 1000 as advance

from my CPF A/c AU-1071 to celebrate ceremony of
my eldest son why criminal Harbinder Singh
Chopra son of un-wedded scheduled caste
mother & abandoned child did not allow the
administration to disburse it as I was in dire need of
money file & file notings has to be inspected by
me.

As far as information at Sr. No. 1 is concerned the same might be

available with the office of Estate Officer-cum-Chief Engineer.
As regards information at Sr. No. 2 it is stated that at this stage
no comments can be given as to why he was not disbursed such
advance as no papers in this regard are available his personal files.
It is further stated that the matter regarding writing filthy
remarks in his almost all the letters (as bold above) may be brought to
the notice of higher authorities. He always sought information under
RTI just for the sake of information and without any rhyme and reasons.
Such letters should be rejected straightway.
