5. Place hole saw into guide and align with guide hole.
READ WARNING LABEL BEFORE PROCEEDING.

6-A. Begin drilling using light pressure to start hole (Too
much pressure could cause hole saw to grab and damage the hopper).
6-B. Finish with slow steady motion until drill collar
touches hole guide.
7. Make sure the fill hole is free of burrs.
8. Clean the hopper using dry compressed air making
sure the hopper is void of plastic shavings.
9. Continue with HP1505 Technical Instructions.

FILL PLUG
Important! Fixture must be secured to table
(With screws or clamps) before using this fixture.
1. To refill an HP P1005/P1006 (CB435A) or HP P1505
(CB436A) starter cartridge, use the left drill guide. To
refill an HP P1005/P1006 (CB435A) or HP P1505
(CB436A) standard cartridge, use the drill guide on the
right.
2. Clamp hopper by pushing red handle down until it
locks in place.
10. Fill the toner hopper.
11. Install the fill plug.

3. Attach hole saw shaft into drill and tighten.

4. Set drill speed to medium speed.
