==================================================================
3. Important Notes
==================================================================
On first startup, MASSIVE will scan the installed factory sounds.
This might take a minute. A pop up appears which informs you that
MASSIVE started the database build and the spinning wheel in the
instruments indicates the scanning process.
MIDI controller assignments and modulation presets are separated
into factory and user presets since version 1.1.5. At first start
after installation, MASSIVE copies all presets from previous
versions to the user directory. This prevents, that modified
factory presets from previous MASSIVE versions get lost.
==================================================================
4. Known Issues
==================================================================
Mac OSX only: For using MASSIVE as an AudioUnit Plugin in 64-Bit
mode in Logic, it might be necessary to restart your computer.
For host synced presets it is usually sufficient to set either POS
or RESTART as sync option on MASSIVEs modulation pages. Since the
POS option was introduced with Massive 1.1.4, in some synced presets
both options are checked. In some hosts this could lead to a sync
offset when playing these sounds in a short host loop. This can be
solved by selecting just the required of both option.
Automation data in ProTools projects created with Massive 1.1.3 or
previous versions might not be scaled correctly with Massive 1.1.4
or newer plugin versions.
Touching a control on the GUI in some hosts can take away the
keyboard focus from the host application. Switching back to the
host will bring back the key commands.
