    SUBJECT: Improve the High Voltage Electrical Charge for all Pegasus 19"
    monitors.

    BACKGROUND: When power is initially turned on, a high voltage arcing sound can be
    heard because of a charge from anode to bracket or TCO tape.
    SOLUTION: Improve the isolation between anode and ground. Change capacitor C539
    from a 2.2uf 50V C-Elec. Non-Polar to a 1uf 63V C-MP. This should be applied to
    monitors produced from March 2000 to May 2000.
