476 Words Essay on If I Were Invisible

If an ambition is a joy forever, day-dreaming for an impossibility to happen is thrilling as

well as highly exciting. I wish I could equate myself with God who is invisible and
escape from all cares and tensions of life. That would give me a long-desired
opportunity to be away from the torments and tortures of the bitter realities of life.
I would be saved from the humiliation of facing my creditors, who come and ask for the
money lent to me. No guest would be able to feast himself upon my hospitality. I would
get rid of the humdrum of life and enjoy roaming around like a free, delighted bird.
If I become invisible, I would tease my mother by ignoring her calls. If she would call me
to bathe in cold winter, I would not fall into her hands. This would make her search for
me here and there without any success. Totally surprised and upset, she would,
perhaps, shed a few motherly tears, fearing that I am lost to her.
But soon, I would emerge from nowhere, and stand before her, calling Mamma. How
thrilled she would be on getting her lost property! She would caress me with her loving,
tender hands and rain kisses on my cheeks. I would then enjoy the warmth of her
breath and feel thrilled at her fondness for me.
During my second round, I would become invisible to know the unknown mystery of the
world. In my eagerness to see the role of the reputed generals of the three armed forces
land, navy and air before their charming housewives, I would enter their official
residences unseen and unnoticed-in spite of the tight security all around.
How much would it pain me to see that these brave souls were the mere shadows
before their ladies, who overloaded them like unbridled tyrants! Their moving timidly like
goats before a lion would look unbelievable.
After that I would then enter the lovers chamber and overhear their amorous talks. I
would see them but they wont. Their sweet, heart-to-heart talks would make me jealous
of them. This would make me feel utterly lonely and miserable and aspire for my own
companion in life.
After this, I would find myself in company of eminent scientists of the two powerful blocs
the U.S.A. and the US.S.R. I would take away their scientific formulae and bring them to
my own country.

I would work upon them and amaze my countrymen with wonderful results. Thereupon,
the government will honour me for my achievement and recommend me for the award
of the Bharat Ratna.
If I were invisible, I would nudge and pinch my friends, relatives and even classmates.
Unaware of the real culprit, there would be a fight amongst them a few knock-downs
and a few drag-outs. This would make me enjoy the scene to my hearts content.
Facebook Craze
As we now these days, many people are addicted to social networking sites
such as facebook, multiply, twitter and many more. Well of course, I did not
include the ancient friendster n hi5 for it has lost its grace and impact.
People now call it baduy and even say mean expressions like yuck! eww!
thats so yesterday! CHEAP. For now, what I want to discuss is facebook. Will
it be this popular in the future? Are there social sites that will have a chance
to compete with the mushroom effect of the number of users? A BIG
QUESTION MARK???
As a teenager, I can never avoid such temptations. I cant help myself to
check facebook every now and then time after time. Im trying to but I think
1 day, I will just forget how I like this site so much. So, what do people do
here now?.. I chose the title Facebook Craze because what people do in
facebook has a commonality, which could be versed as a craze.
As you can see in the photo, people are busy in fan pages these days. Some
even have 200 plus fan pages. With their number of fan pages, it serves as
an introduction, body, and conclusion of the personality of that person.
Haha.. with those foolish titles of fan pages, emotional, trashy, and other
more, you can know a person in one day. Another thing about those fan
pages is the curiosity behind the administrators. As I have observed, some
made it like a personal account. For me, having a fan page have many
advantages and disadvantages.
Oh God. I don't know how i will stop myself from playing those facebook
games. They are so addicting. Those reality games guarantee enjoyment,
fun, and learning. When I said learning, it has many meanings. I know you
get me, with what i mean by that.

Another is Adding Friends. hmmmm.. is the qualification now for adding

friends is the number of mutual friends even though u even don't know the
person?.. or just by judging the profile picture perhaps.
We are fond of looking at pictures of our special someone.. Though we have
no right to be specially treated, we are satisfied by just that.
Many persons do bad things when they tag. They dont observe the law.
They dont respect icons. They dont respect anyone. They just think about
the number of people who will like it and who will comment on it. What
Im talking about is not those tags in which we are included, our photo is
included. Its those that are created by creative minds, humorous, and
bored.
Hmm Having a like and comment link is a good thing about facebook.
People show their agreement and further comments. BUT, the only thing
is, a post is becoming a chat room. people talk there. They discuss things
publicly. Aside from those things, there are other more to talk about. I just
want to emphasize these things because its what we call as CRAZE!
