INTRODUCTION
SgdWms is an Internet-based map server that meets the standards proposed by OGC WMS ®
(Open Geospatial Consortium). However it also implements a number of capabilities that make it unique
allowing for viewing of:

— Anaglyph 3D terrain.

— Generation of orthos in real time.

— False color.

— Contours.

This viewer, built with JavaScript technology, allows access to all these operations in addition to
the standard map navigation.

The description begins with a general overview of the viewer. Then we will move on to describe
the navigation tools (zoom, pan, etc ....) And it ends with an explanation of the options in the "options"
panel.

GENERAL INFORMATION
This viewer lets you view geographical information comfortably because it integrates all the tools
necessary to position ourselves and move across the map. It also offers advanced mapping information

can now calculate the area of the polygon. There is also an option to change
the units of square meters to hectares.

13. SEARCH: With this panel we can search using coordinates or street
• Coordinates: coordinate search locates a point by entering its coordinates and
reference system. If the coordinates are UTM X and Y are entered in meters. If
geographic coordinates are utilized then units are entered in degrees, minutes and
seconds, indicating whether we are in the northern hemisphere or the south and
east or west of Greenwich.
