Following the successful migration of our information technology (IT) systems from 14th to 18th of
March 2019, we are excited to introduce our new online banking platform. We will require you to re-
register if you previously had access or would like to make use of this service as a first time user. It is
easy to register for internet banking and takes about 5 minutes to complete the process. Kindly find 8
easy steps below to get you started.
Step 1 Type the URL on your web browser in the following format
https://onlinefirstcapitalbank.co.zw
Step 2 Enter your Username and the displayed verification code to proceed with login.
Step 3 Enter your account and personal identification particulars (Account number, ID
number, Date of birth) and then click on the button to generate the One Time
Password (OTP).
Step 4 Enter the OTP received on your phone in the OTP field.

How to register for internet banking – New User
Step 1 Type the URL on your web browser in the following format
https://onlinefirstcapitalbank.co.zw
Step 3 Enter your account and personal identification particulars (Account number, ID
number, Date of birth), mobile number in the format 07XX XXX XXX (no
international code required), email, verification code, tick on the Terms and
Conditions box and click continue to generate the One Time Password (OTP).
Step 4 Enter the OTP received on your phone in the OTP field
Step 5 - Create your preferred username and check for its availability for use.
- Create and set new log in password by typing in the fields provided to
complete registration.
- Go to login page to log in.
- Enter your Username and the displayed verification code to proceed with
login.
- Enter your login password and click login.
- Enter the One Time activation Pin sent to your phone in the field provided
and continue.
