User ID: Your current User ID

Temporary Password: Account holder date of birth (MMDDYYYY) and

the first four characters of your current User ID.

For example, if your birthday is December 1, 1989 and your ID is
JohnDoe, your password would be 12011989John. Password is case-
sensitive depending on User ID.

Start thinking about your new password.

After you visit AmerantBank.com and log in to online banking for the
first time beginning at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, November 6, you will
be prompted to create a new password. Visit Amerantbank.com/pob for
details.

No action is needed. Continue to use your current User ID and

password to log in to online and mobile banking as usual.

utilizará credenciales de inicio de sesión nuevas y seguras.

Identificación de Usuario: Su identificación de usuario actual

Contraseña Temporal: Fecha de nacimiento del titular de la cuenta

[dos dígitos para el mes, dos dígitos para el día y cuatro dígitos para el
año] y los primeros cuatro caracteres de su identificación de usuario
actual.

Por ejemplo, si su fecha de nacimiento es el 1 de diciembre de 1989 y

su nombre de usuario es John Doe, su contraseña sería
12011989John. La contraseña es sensible a mayúsculas y minúsculas
dependiendo de su nombre de usuario.

Comience a pensar en una nueva contraseña.

Después de acceder a amerantbank.com e iniciar sesión en la banca

en línea o banca móvil por primera vez a partir de las 9:00 a.m. del
