IBS-WEB Account Registration

1. Open IE or Google Chrome browser to browse the web sit “http://osms.sf-express.com/osms”

2. Select the language option that you prefer to display in “Personal Login” tab, and click on “Register” to
register your personal account.

3. Then, a new screen will display for information collection to create a new personal account. Key in all the
credentials and select “Register” to process.

4. A pop up window will display to inform a separate mail will be sent for account activation.

5. Click on “Activation link” to activate the account in mail. A pop up widow will display to remind the account
was activated and will redirect to IBS-WEB official webpage.

Login IBS-WEB

1. Open IE or Google Chrome browser to browse the web sit “http://osms.sf-express.com/osms”

2. Select the language option that you prefer to display in “Personal Login” tab, then, key the credential and
click on “Login” button to login

3. Then, a welcome page will be showed after logon successfully. Go to the “Order” tab to

Online Shipment Order Placing

1. Go to “Order” tab start the online shipment order

2. Online shipment order includes 3 steps to process : Address Information, Package Description, Shipment
Details

Step 1/3 : Address Information

Register the address information of Shipper and Receiver, then click on “Save Address” button to confirm and
save.

Step 2/3 : Package Description

Click on the button “Package Description” to start the process.

Input the information that are required highlight in Red, click “Save” button to confirm.

Step 3/3 : Shipment Detail

A “History” page will display after processed in “2/3 : Package Description”, these orders will be listed in “Draft”
tab and waited for confirmation to submit. If nothing to edit, click on “Submit” button to process, then a
“Waybill number” will be assigned for these orders.

Waybill Label and Commercial Invoice : View and Print

1. In “History” tab, select the order you want to view and print, then click on “View” button.

2. Click on “AWB” to view and print the waybill label. “Invoice” button for commercial invoice view and print

Cancel Online Shipment Order

1. In “History” tab, select the order you want to cancel, then click on “Cancel” button to cancel the order.

Change Login Password

Click on the login name at righ-top corner, then, select “Password” to process the change.
