My Shop
Welcome to the
Trützschler My Shop
This document serves as operating instructions for the Trützschler
My Shop. The web shop is currently in the development stage, thus
functionalities and visualisations may change.

On the homepage you will find various buttons that allow you to access
the Trützschler My Shop.

Here you can go straight to registration and login.

Use the search field to find the desired item
without delay.

1. R
 EGISTER and
LOGIN
1.1 Register
To use the Trützschler My Shop, we ask you to first register.
You will receive your personal access data per e-mail.
Use this data to log in to the Trützschler My Shop and utilise
its full functionality.

1.2 Login and logout


To start the registration process, click on “REGISTER” and enter
your e-mail address and your password in the fields indicated.

If you forgot your password, you can reset it. For this purpose,
please click on “FORGOT PASSWORD?” and follow the instructions
described in the e-mail that you received.

Do you want to remain logged in?


Then select the check box
“REMAIN LOGGED IN”.

2. MY ACCOUNT
After successful login, you can also look at your account overview. This overview
provides you with the following options:

2.1 Customer information


Here you can view and edit your customer
information.

2.2 Addresses
You have the option to provide one or
more addresses. For this purpose, click in
“MY ACCOUNT” on “ADDRESSES” and
then on “ADD”.

2.3 Orders
Here you receive information on all orders. First, the contract
number will appear. This is followed by process status, the process
date and total order value.

Process details are shown under “PROCESS DETAILS”.

2.4 Spare Parts Catalogue
Here you find your spinning preparation
machines, which appear by clicking on a
project number.

Next a table is generated which shows you information on the object.


Double click to open the individual designations.

Now a view of the associated object ap-


pears. Thus, you can see the individual
parts of your object, read the item number
of the individual part and search for it in
the shop.

After opening the spare parts catalogue, drawings and bill of materials
appear. Use the drawing to check which spare part you need and the bill
of materials to search for the item selected with an indicated number.
Once you have located the correct item, you can add the desired item
to your cart.

Now you can add the spare parts in the quantity required directly from
the table to the cart. For this purpose, simply press on the small cart icon
and complete the form in which you enter the quantity required.

You can use the SEARCH FUNCTION as well as the


SPARE PARTS CATALOGUE to place items into your cart.
You decide which function you prefer.

2.5 Managing wish lists
You can add items to your wish list to come back to them at a later time.

The table expands when you add a “NEW WISH LIST”.


You can fill the “KEY” field with an ID and assign a name to the wish list.
To select a wish list, click on “SELECT”.

You also have the option to import a wish list. For this purpose, create a
new wish list as described above and then click on “IMPORT” in the table.
A new page opens into which you can import an Excel file.

3. ORDER PROCESS
3.1 Item search and details

To find specific items in the Trützschler My Shop you can use


the search function of our shop. Items from the search result
can be added with a single click to your cart or your wish
list. You can also filter the items according to specific criteria.

When clicking on an item, you are directed to the item details. In addition
to the item selected, you are provided with pictures, technical specifica-
tions and useful order information. Thus, you will see weight, price and
stock status at a glance. A simple click adds the required item to the cart
or your wish list.

To allow us to perform a technical check, it is important that you provide


us with the machine number and the year of manufacture. This informa-
tion can be found on the type plate of the respective machine.

3.2 Cart
You can access the cart by clicking on cart in the top
menu.

To see changes in the cart, you have to update the cart.


For this purpose, press the “UPDATE CART” button.

Next you have to select a type:

“REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL”


You will receive a proposal from our sales department

“ORDER”
We will create an order and send you the order
confirmation

“WARRANTY (BEING REVIEWED)”


We will send you a proposal in which we are providing
information on further warranty processing.

Then you can select various delivery times.

We also give you an option to provide us with important information in
the “YOUR REFERENCE” and “COMMENTS” fields.

For instance, you can use these fields as follows:


If you want another delivery type than offered by us, you can indicate
“As described under ‘Comment’” as delivery type and describe the type
desired by you in the Comment field.

To successfully complete the order process, activate the check box


with your agreement to our general terms and conditions and press
the “CONTINUE” button.
